I'm really sorry to be such a downer, but I find Nardil to be quite harsh in terms of weight gain, infact its why I want to get off it!
Intially I found it made me crave Carbs, I think it also slowls Metabolism.......
I think there are things that can help, if you search the archives you might have luck.
Its good to have you back anyway!
