>Hi jules
good for you!! looks like we are at the same pace in this race of the remeron(lol)... didnt realize you are taking lithium... do u plan to get off that too at some point?? I guess one step at a time is the best.. keep in mind its a long process to get back to normal after getting off remeron.. so far so good with me on day 2 off.
first night sleep was stressed, but the 2nd night better.. I think i was just a little scared taking the last pill that night and excited at the same time.. funny how one can become so emotionally attached to their pills!!! like a security blanket for God's sake(lol)...take care
good luck

Hey Musky:
>
> My last dose was last night on the 26th. I was out of town on business and was in motel and said the hell with it as one day here or there was not going to matter. I slept off and on and didn't feel too bad today. Actually, going from 7.5 to 3.75 the first night was kind of rough. The only thing I took with dinner was advil. I am on some lithium but not much too. I hope I sleep ok tonight as it is the first time in my own bed since Tuesday. Good luck
