When I have severe depression I am unable to think rationally about anything. I feel completely hopeless, helpless. I stop all activities that I normally enjoy. I get severely anxious. I stop eating, drinking. Disappointments can make me sad but do not lead to a depressive episode for me. I think I would say mild depression or feeling sad is all in the mind and how you react to it but a severe depression has a lot of extra symptoms that come with it. herpills
