A normal cheapo conditioner from the dollar store can work as a cleansing conditioner as long as it doesn't have silicones in it. Silicones can be problematic for a lot of people and interferes with the cleansing. There are many different types of silicones. The water soluable kinds are OK for cleansing. I can't remember all the names for them right now, but a Google search should bring some up.

Deneb-True! I have long, straight, fine hair and anything with silicone screws my hair up. The less is more method is best for me and I color my hair.
I like Fredric Fekkai hair care. The Oscar Blandi Jasmine line is good, too.
