Well shit, I'm sorry. I went through over a dozen pdocs after my first- very ugly boundary situation there- so get on the phone and start interviewing NOW. Talk to one on the phone first- 5 or 10 minutes- just to get a feel so you don't waste a trip. I know it feels difficult now, but if you just try finding someone now- just the action should make you feel better.
