Sometimes, I feel like it is pointless to try to assume mastery of the use of psychotropic drugs by attempting to understand their actions and what the clinical result would be from their application. Still, I think we can make educated guesses. If I were in your position, I would try tianeptine if you are convinced that there is enough evidence of its utility through clinical observation. I think you should post a question on the medication board to see if anyone has any experience with the drug for treating the conditions you are suffering from.
