I wouldn't do it. Strattera boosts norepinephrine. Even small amounts of excess norepinephrine can cause a blood pressure spike. You could stroke out. I've tried tiny doses of selegiline with wellbutrin and regretted it. If you ever do try something like this, make sure you have a strong antihypertensive on hand and a phone that works.
