This has sort-of worked for me, but may not for you. It seems Parnate increases melatonin if taken in the morning, so maybe it pushes the circadian cycle forwards by 12 hours or so.
I tried this last night: 8pm took 75mg nortriptyline; 9pm took 12.5 mg doxepin; 10:30 took 15mg zopiclone. As I felt myself drifting off I took 30mg Parnate. Apart from waking twice, I slept quite well but woke about 4am. But I got up as I felt full of energy, had breakfast and tidied up the house. So 2 cheers. I guess that it will work better tonight as I won't have taken any in the morning to upset the rhythm, so I can take 40mg Parnate.
Even 10mg in the morning makes me weak and sleepy all day. I think I'm right in saying acetylation of serotonin can produce melatonin, so they're closely linked.
