No explanation, do have a suggestion. Haven't tried it myself, since I didn't know it when I needed it - I sweated like a waterfall on Paxil (paroxetine) - but cyproheptodine, a non-selective 5HT2-blocker, apparently helps with SSRI-induced sweating.
It is also strongly anticholinergic and antihistaminergic, unfortunately..
Well, you might end up sleeping but not sweating!
