Apparently, for neurogenesis to occur, Buspar needs to be taken at the same time as sustained-release melatonin. In the study I read about, 15 mg of Buspar and 3 mg of melatonin were used. There was also a case study about a woman whose treatment-resistant depression was alleviated by 5 mg of Buspar and 3 mg of melatonin.
