I feel so awful right now. You know its only showed me that the only person in control of my mood is me. There are times where I just feel so hopeless and there is nothing that I can post here that will change it. Nothing. You have to be the control over your emotions until you can get it solved with a therpist and doctor. But still there are people who are miserable and take no medications and they found a light to follow. I seriously have tried all medications and they don't seem to work at all. My body is resisant to many meds leaving me feeling barren and hopeless. Life is more than chemicals, and its time that I started seeing the world and not stay hopeless. I write this in hope words, instead of hopeless words.
. I'll give some advice. To be in control of your emotions and your mood its a choice. And times circumstances can influence choices even thought you've made a choice to be happy. I can't not think about how low my life is. But get on a task that will keep you busy. Make things productive. Think of things besides depression, or make it into something that will benefit you. Read stuff on the net and get wise. Depression is result of feeling hopeless and giving up. I choose this a couple times but I choose not to be negative here on babble. Benefit someone else's day. Think of others. But of course keep yourself in mind. I don't believe in the belief that you put others first. You have to take care of the nessesities of yourself then you can help others after your done with your situations.
I made choices that caused me to get like this. Its time I start awnsering my own questions because not alot of people know how to respond to any of my posts. I don't blame anyone either. But its my responsiblity to show that there is a way out of this situation and there is an awnser for you too. It all depends on how you problem solve your sitatuon, and choose not to stay in the misery that you are in.
Learn about diffrent things that can change you like spiritualiy, recreational activities, helping the sick and unforunate indiviudels, you can share of your struggles wih a conversation with someone who is much unfortunate than you and find understanding. Find music that will bring your spirits up, find many diffrent things that you find intesting, reading. Sometimes finding spiritual enlightment can happen if you search for it. I personally find the spirit world very intresting. It just depends on what spirit you allow to bless your life. Well, let me rephrase that i meant "God". There are many malcious entities you want to keep out of you life because they will bring misfortune. Make your prayers to God the good, and all powerful.
