My PCP recommended the ole tricyclic, nortriptyline, as he treats my physical health and dabbles in my mental health.

I asked what med would assist my 'dopamine' and Wellbutrin came spilling out.

Haven't noticed any bad side effects from the Wellbutrin. I guess I may feel a little more grounded than I have been. Afa pain, I dunno.
