Hey Phillipa,
any luck getting in touch with a T?
I should probably just go over to the psychology board.

okay- how about this- have you changed your meds since increasing your Luvox? How's your suicidal thoughts today? more? less? same?

My suicidal thoughts increased when I started taking my first AD, of course, I'm not sure if it's related, because I was also in a rapid downward spiral by the time I started taking them.

just remember- suicidal thoughts are not fun. they are often just thoughts though. Not every fantasy you come up with in your mind becomes a reality (or else Brad Pitt would be a frequent visiter at Li's place... ahem).

So hang in there, and take it one hour at a time if necessary. the first step is to put the dogs on a leash. then they will take YOU for a walk. it's okay Phillipa, you'll be okay. I know things are hard, but when you start reaching out IRL, things have a way of getting better. (((hugs)))

p.s. my landlord is inspecting my place tomorrow. I have to get up early and remove my delicates laundry hanging on the rack in the dining room. lol. and making the bed. crap. I do that about once every 2 months. Phillipa you AMAZE me! I can't even take care of myself, much less the dogs!
