Racer I know you mean well and have a huge heart but this is what's happened I upped the luvox last Saturday. And Sunday felt suicidal even though I wasn't. Stuck with the higher dose til Friday night cut it in half. Maybe I've taken it at low dose for so many years that it's working in reverse? I don't have a clue. I'm getting desperate. What do you do when you get like this how do you distract your mind? I feel if I lie down I'll never get up it will be all over. I have to keep going no matter what. Ties in with the thread on psychology. I'm so afraid. Love Phillipa
