Steve,

What else have you tried over the past 10 years? Have you tried an MAOI? Sounds to me as though you are on far too many drugs but what do I know.

Do you know what affect each one is having, the Doctor must think they are doing something what does she think each one is doing?

What about ECT would you consider that?
