Hiba, 2.5 mg of Prozac used to be my "maintenance" dose for anxiety. When I got depressed I would double it to 5mg and it worked for that. The only problem is that with higher-dose SSRI's I get this "breathing problem" where I can't seem to catch my breath. When I drop the dose back down I am OK.
