Maybe you could try some kind of "smart" drug like Selegiline or Adrafinil to make up for your deficits. I myself am using Bromocriptine--orginally prescribed for my depression, I am finding that it increases my ability to concentrate and my drive to succeed. For me, bromocriptine is my "smart" drug.
