Thorazine, brain damage, and recovery

Posted by jackflash2 on September 2, 2001, at 22:38:33

I was on Thorazine heavily for about two months, at 600 mg per day, and then less for about a month after that. It's been about two months since I've been off. I still can't think as clearly or as deeply as I once did. Also, I can't feel as clearly or as deeply as I once did.

Could this be brain damage? Also, has anyone had similar experiences, and how long does it take to recover from something like this? Note: I was on Thorazine against my will. It was forced on me, first in a hospital, then in an "Assisted Outpatient Treatment" program.

Thanks,

Jack
