Donna and Juniper, I feel a little more energized with Effexor-XR, but have noticed only a tiny tiny tremor that isn't there all the time. The sleep interference is the only marked side effect I notice, and a slight increase in blood pressure. Am on Effexor-XR 375 mg/day. Guess I'm just not very sensitive to meds and side effects (the way I feel without the meds is so terrible, the side effects are hardly any problem ever).--Cindy W
