Effexor XR and shaky hands

After 1 wk of 37.5mg and 5 wks of 75 mgs, I developed severe hand shaking. Has this happened to anyone else. I went off for about 4 days, but my dr said I could start having severe side effects and could actually make the handshaking worse. So now I'm back on 37.5. I guess I'll try to wean myself off. Anyone else have this or have any suggestions?
