Bethesda, MD: TMS Patient Recruitment Center, 1-800-411-1222.
Alvaro’s List:
LT:I've had TMS here in Boston; didn't help me then but that was a one-size-fits-all treatment. I'm going back in January for a customized course of TMS which is more promising. Here is a list of TMS sites given me by Dr. Pascual-Leone; I'd also call his office at Beth Israel here; he and his assts are very friendly and helpful. Good luck!
Enclosed please find a list of some of the centers around the US that are currently recruiting patients for studies using repetitive TMS.
This list was compiled based on the responses from the
investigators to an e-mail message through a TMS-Listserver from the
International Society for Transcranial Stimulation (ISTS). It is
likely that the list is incomplete and that other sites around the
nation might be recruiting patients for different TMS studies.(last update July 21, 1998)
