About 5 months i took
Adderall 40mg
Lorazepam (Ativan) 1mgTo ease anxiety, and not get overly focused, to where you get confused.
Back in the 1960's there where numerous stimulant/barbituate combinations
Dexamyl (d-amphetamine/amobarbital)
Desbutol (d-amphetamine/pentobarbital)
Appretol (d-amphetmaine/meprobamate (miltown))They where discontinued becuase of abuse and "non-medical purposes"
I looked up what the dosing of them where, (15mg dextroamphetamine/90mg amobarbital) no wonder it was not used for ADD, sedative was to strong.
Barbiturates arnt used hardly anymore, Lorazepam at 1mg with a stimulant would help with not anxiousness, and overfocus.
DexAtivan (20mg d-amphetamine/1 mg Lorazepam) could be a idea.

I am scripted A (psychotonic)-stimulant-Methylphenidate, with a benzo-Diazepam,+an Anti depressant.
I would however have LOVED to have been around in the mid 1960s, to have had the opportunity of being perscribed (Desbutal)=15mgs Methamphetamine+40mgs Pentobarbital!!
Or even Dexamyl=15mgs Dexedrine+40mgs Amobarbital, or a variation there of, makes you wonder, doesn't it?-the availability of Amps+barbs??

Actually the dosages of the barbs are not too high at all, IMO. What makes you say that? Those medications were safe and effective for scores of people, the jaw-dropping euphoria you'd get if you took a few too many notwithstanding.
The best thing you could do is add a touch of a nicotinic agonist/positive allosteric modulator (galantamine/lycoramine/etc) to the mix to mitigate the benzodiazepine-induced attenuation of acetylcholine release. It is this that causes much of the "dulling" effect you do not want in such a combination.

The Diazepam=methylphenidate combo is second rate i know.
Methylamphetamine is the most effective-PNS Vs CNS effects Psychotonic there is available on the market, and apparently causes little anxiety because of this. The barbiturates were added for the sygenistic efects, and perhaps for a (feel good efect?). A benzodiazepine would do just as well.
Stimulants+depressants-abalancing effect. There are MANY here who take Dexedrine+Benzo, Adderall+Benzo, to good effect.
