Hey- I lost the weight two ways. First, I know I ate less because of the nausea. Second, most of the weight came off because I no longer craved chocolate! I had been eating a BIG bag of kisses almost every night. I am surprised I didn't look like a big Hershey Kiss! I have been slowly incorporating exercise into my life lately. It feels good and I know it helps me continue to lose.I am also really careful about what I eat. Being drug free for the first time in eight years has been so empowering. I feel totally in control. I only want healthy things in my body. I love it.
I wish you well, the withdrawal was difficult, but as I look back on it, I am glad it was hard. I know now that medications will only be my last resort, after seeing how they took over my body and mind. I also must say that I couldn't have gotten better with out them though, I'm just glad I've been able to move forward.
