yes.....back on the hardcore diet, 4 protein shakes a day, and tuna at night.....ready to lose major amounts of weight now, i'm goaling for 12 weeks with no food, and no as crazy as it sounds, the protein shakes have a cover for me.....
it's gonna be a 800-1000 diet....but still i can't yak about it until it's actually done....got the shake mix....
i did it for 3 weeks in 2012 and lost 22lbs....vary fast diet....but also have to have fat intake, because a liquid diet you starve yourself from fat....and that's why rapid weight loss....
so i have to have some fat intake....penut butter crackers maybe in the morning....
anyways cheers to weight loss coming soon
