I just had a Tim Horton's chocolate chip muffin

I just had a Tim Horton's chocolate chip muffin for lunch.

I just checked how many calories are in that muffin and it's 440!!!

No wonder I feel stuffed after eating it!

I'm hopefully never going to eat another one of those muffins again...it's pure sugar!
