I'm so sorry. Moms are sometimes the last ones to 'get it'.
Have you considered attending a grief support group? You would be with others who are hurting from a loss as you are. It won't take the pain away, but it could be a comfort to you to go.
The sun is shining out today. Maybe a walk in the sun while you think of the fun times with Gran would be good.
