absolutely, for sure, yes.
Do an experiment. Eat less crap, more fruits and vegs, more of whatever is healthy for you, give it a month and see how you feel.
Oh, and drinks LOTS of water.
You'll probably get moved over to the health board, but please keep me posted. I am interested in this and would love to know how it goes for you if you choose to try this.
