Mine's not quite dumpster diving, but some of my best treasures have come from the dump. How about beautiful dishes with a small chip out of one corner, or a nice silk blouse, or some 14K gold jewellery (my sister-in-law found that). One friend said she found the best things there - she was even considering looking for a good husband there next. ;-)
