I used to like a song Bob Dylan did years ago called Desolation Row. If memory serves, it was over 20 minutes long. I've also always really liked his version of "Just Like a Woman" although I like Roberta Flack's also so maybe I just like the song.
Janis Joplin had a version of "Summertime." It's been so long since I listened to her that I can't remember much else. The "disaffected youth" part of me really wanted her voice, and maybe some of her lifestyle also.
