Feelings and thoughts come and go. Knowing that, maybe it's good not to skip?
I find that sometimes I have a reaction to excitement, or stress, where after the stress passes, I get really down. Maybe it's like vacation migraines (or is it weekend migraines...). And as you know I get shame attacks as well as anxiety attacks. This may be a physiological reaction, which is the best time to see your therapist and pdoc.
