Are you perhaps changing medications? Sometimes when I'm changing my medications I experience things that make me say "Whoa! Weird temporal lobe stuff."

Migraines sometimes too.

But severe anxiety also causes me to have odd experiences. Usually more along the lines of thinking things I know look strange rather than the other way around. We're all different though.

Deja vu? Occasionally I suppose. For most of my adult life I've had experiences that have "reminded" me of a dream. I'm not sure how on earth I can remember this dream all those years when I can't really remember the dream at all other than associating it with the smell of creepy crawlers goo. It's pretty transient. I grab at it and can't quite get it before it slips away. But for a moment it really seems like I'm reliving something from that dream. I can even smell the cooking creepy crawlers. Then it's gone.
