useless

today's session. it was useless mostly. i was so looking forward to seeing him.. and it was good to know he was back.. i didn't feel as disconnected as before. We talked comfortably.. and that was nice too.. no tension between us, didn't feel afraid of him. So happy to see him.. but so disappointed in myself today.
