Susan, it's okay. A lot of us here care a lot for you. I personally have often felt that you are very close to where I am at the moment, and your posts are always the first I open. Try not to go to SI, but if you must, don't hurt yourself too badly.

Is there someone you can talk to? Even if it goes a long way back. I've just made contact with one of my old school teachers, who is the only person who understood my pain as a child (and I'm now 52, so it goes a very long way back). It was wonderful to hear her voice today. She laughed so gently to hear me. I have cried non stop since then, but not angry tears. Sad, sad.
