Yes, but no. You were directing to a different poster, yes, but it was something I needed to hear and entertain in a more personal way, so I think you were "nudged" to send it to me instead. If you're interested in why, see last night's post on PB to EGR, for relevance about how "box" theory needed to be brought to my attention.
Oftentimes things work out the way they are supposed to, I think. And I am still floored by how many different things are coming together in my mind, of things I need to fix and how to do it, as a result of your relatively straightforward but deeply insightful comments.
One of the worst parts of this illness, for me at least, is that over time it robs you of your "good" habits and coping skills. Even when free of the primary depression/obsessiveness etc., you *still* have to go back and "rewire" your life, on so many levels. Our interchange has somehow, miraculously, made me able to see (where I only saw smoke before) the hows and whys of the parts I need to rebuild first. Funny how when you're ready to do it, the answers somehow find you. :-)
Thanks again for your insights. Still working on putting it all together. More to come as I continue to work it out.
