Please don't feel guilty about the SI- it's your coping mechanism (and mine) and I'm sure your pdoc or therapist will understand. Is it severe enough for medical care-stitches?- if so, please get help. I understand you are having a really difficult time now, but like Greg said just keep talking (and posting) and you will get through. Take care, judy
