No its a dopamine agonist, a pretty old one wich is used for parkinson.
Its a powerfull 5HT1A agonist with a high intrinsic activity, wich makes it have incredible potential for anxiety and depression. 5HT2A agonism can be bad for anxiety in SOME brainarea's, but as with the case of lisuride, the 5HT1A agonism completely prevents that. The 5HT2A agonism would increase dopamine in the mesolimbic area's, wich would make it very usefull for anhedonia.
5HT6 agonism and 5HT7 antagonism are very usefull too and then we have the D2 and D4 agonism, wich further contributes to the antidepressant effect.
