You might respond well to a drug like nortriptyline, even though it also produces NE reuptake inhibition. There is so much we don't know about these drugs, to try to predict which drugs will help or hurt is an elusive endeavor.

I'm also thinking of sticking with the Seroquel at night to sleep.
Maybe the Seroquel and Abilify is overkill. Maybe I should try to lower the Seroquel while taking the Abilify.
