went to pdoc today. had meltdown for the last 2 days so my friend had me call for a special appt to re-evaluate. pdoc added effexor - 1 week of 37.5 then 75 for a half week then an appt to re-evaluate.
i dont know much about effexor so i'm about to do some research before i take any.
feeling exhausted/depressed/kind of hopeless.
