I've noticed a similar thing with Lamictal re: sex. It seems to be making me somewhat anorgasmic. It's hard to reach the top plateau of sexual excitement - 'panting dog sex' as I call it. This was the main reason I quit Lithium. Horny goat weed might be worth a try.
