day 26.
the last post with the breathing issue resolved itself after about an hour. I think it was anxiety due to the 2nd cup of coffee i had that morning. i've limited my coffee to 1/2 cup and haven't had the problem again.

got a hive yesterday on big toe but it was night time so i tried to just ignore it. it went away after an hour or so.

got a hive on my knee today on knee but it was early afternoon so i took a claritin to not get anymore. it seems to be working.

i think the medication is starting to work. i don't crave food like i used to, i can think things out and actually do stuff now instead of being overwhelmed and frustrated and have stepped up my jogging to 1.5 miles 3xs a day instead of running every single day like i was doing.

i think that lowering my dosage was totally a good idea. :)
