dex, Xanax, parnate and healing

Hi Alt posters,

60mgs of dexedrine + 1-2mgs Xanax, or a low dose of parnate. I want to work on my health while dealing w/ depression & anxiety. Which regome is less likely to impede healing? Any opinions?
