Every single detoxing compound worsens me

This is stunning, there is no detoxing compound that doesnt make me very anxious. Does that mean I have s toxicity problem?
I was anxious almost psychotic yesterday for 30 mins. Could this be the pycnogenol? This usually doesnt happen very often.

Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
