Hi Lamdage22,
Another good synergistic add-on to l-arginine is watermelon. Not in any particular dose. Just eat some watermelon a few times a week.
I really couldn't tell if having testosterone at the normal level or at a high level was helpful for anything that I could feel in a big way. I know it's good for bone health and other stuff. In terms of mood, energy, sex, whatever, I think there is a little something there in all those categories, but to me it feels subtle.
I'm doing ok. Thank you for asking. My old Lyme came back, triggered by a moldy house I lived in, so I am back in that fight again and not sure I will ever win it. In terms of psychiatry though, that horrible treatment resistant depression I used to have is gone, I get some blue days now and then but not a lot. My lingering symptom that probably needs medication is amotivation and maybe a mild degree of anhedonia. I think with me those are permanent. I'm trying some supplements for that but the best thing in my experience was Ritalin so I might go there again.
I hope you have a smooth week.

So there is still hope for me to naturally have enough Testosterone once the diet is over. Now I am aiming at 500 kcal deficit and much more healthy fat in my diet. Testosterone is always good for fitness goals, so I'll definitely look into Pine Bark extract.
