"Cocaine blocks the dopamine depletion induced by MPTP."Selegiline (l-deprenyl) also prevents MPTP toxicity but I have trouble finding a succinct abstract. Likewise do other MAOIs (such as tranylcypromine) that inhibit MAO-B.
