yes, i have a spiral notebook that i put down my thoughts, because....this has not happened before, back around 2016 i did not have this problem, and after taking nuerotransmitter supplements, and other things.....i first started notcing thought recall was difficult after using these supplements. And....there is no medical cases, at least on the net that have said they can cause cognitive impairment, or memory loss.
Maybe this case is the first.....like just a while ago...i listened to music, and totally forgot the songs i was planning to put into a playlist. In class in linux, i would study the commands, you know like netstat -an commands and when i got there for the test, i could not recall hardly anything i studied. I got a very low grade, see if it was multiple choice i could seen the awnser and rerembered it. But typing the exact command i could not do it. I guess writing down things yeah is the only right now....if i got a job that required working memory, that would be not such a good case.
i didnt start having this problem until after months or near a year after taking nuerotransmitter supplements. I would take dlpa and notice i could not recall or think clearly... impairment. interaction with narcoleptic meds, like olanzipine, that could be case because it blocks neurotransmitters, and then adding more neurotransmitters through supplements, that could done something. This is gonna have to take some major memory exceries, cards ... ace king, put them down and shuffle them and try to recall what order they are in. I think the only way to back out of this bad time, is to be optimistic, forcing myself to be optimistic so i won't sit in worry and have doom gloom thoughts. This is first time im forcing myself to be optimistic to get me motivation looking forward to improvement
