I would say add to that:
Capsules (1 to 3) of Lemon Balm at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Capsules of Passion flower (1 to 3 capsules) at breakfast and dinner.
Capsules of Skullcap (regular or American - not Chinese, not Baical) 1-3 at breakfast and dinner.
At bedtime if you want more, add capsules of Valerian Root and some more Skullcap.
You got enough meds going already.
On the side, be thinking about maybe: 1. Adding magnesium glycerinate at whatever dose you can tolerate (diarrhea or worsened depression with too much) 2.CBD oil all you want
Of everything I mentioned, CBD is probably the newest kid on the block and maybe the most potential.
