As I have mentioned before, the degree of MAO inhibition is not linear relative to dosage. It is exponential. You won't know what side effects will emerge for at least a week after increasing the dosage. Then, it might take another 2-3 weeks to obtain a therapeutic response. You won't get anywhere if you aren't more patient. I have wasted a lot of time being impatient and playing with dosages.
