I dunno. I mean, its cleaned up Risperdal. If its worked before, maybe give it another go?
But...are neuroleptics OK to combine w/tramadol? Clearly, I have 0 real knowledge of this, just something I was curious about.
Typical neuroleptic precautions...start low and go slow in titration, watch out for side effects, think about getting an AIMS test periodically, weight gain can be an issue, sometimes depression starts or gets worse.
Have you ever taken Abilify? I take it for Bipolar I. Its...OK. I mean, I"m not jumping for joy over a major tranquilizer, but it gets the job done w/o as many terrible side effects as the other AP/AAP options. Its also now in generic. I just mention that because Invega can cause prolactin elevation, among other problems...Abilify is apparently not known to raise prolactin levels.
Good luck!
