I learned from you that fluvoxamine was uniquely effective as a SSRI to treat psychotic depression. I can't remember where I saw it, but I recall reading something suggesting that sertraline provoked akathisia more often than the other SSRIs while fluvoxamine could actually treat antipsychotic-induced akathisia.
