ive read a bit on a new technology called "CRISPR" that started being used in 2012, that has made it much easier to research the effects of our genes.

it seems CRISPR has a future of playing a big role in developing treatments for many conditions, including mood problems. advances in treating mood problems cant get here soon enough. though i do think its very possible that once gene editing becomes as mainstream as todays treatments, we will discover many problems that editing our genes can have.
